Sarah Henry is a painter based in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. She creates vivacious, colorful paintings that match her bubbly personality. In order to illustrate her creative process, she started a new painting from scratch for our session.
I personally wanted to experiment with different film stocks and lighting situations to create as lively and vibrant of photographs as possible. I shot this session on 35mm film and developed it at The Find Lab. I used Portra 800, Fuji 400H, and Delta 3200 film. I love the way the color and tone of film captured Sarah's beautiful work.
